Terms & Conditions:

1. LVIP qualification is determined by the LVIP status reflected in the company system of record.
2. This program is limited to customers who attain LVIP Silver, Gold, Platinum status by 31 December 2018 and who participate in this program from January 2019 to March 2019. Customers who attain LVIP status after January 2019 can participate in the next LVIP Program.
3. The points fulfilment is based on the LVIP status in the month of participation. If there’s a change in status, then the points fulfilment will be based on the new status. After the end of each business month, any additional top-up of points will not count towards this program.
4. If a back-up order is generated in any of the months during the qualifying period, it will not count towards this program.
5. Collection of gift will from April 10 2019, until May 31 2019. Gift not collected by then will be forfeited.
6. Business kits and non-product point items purchases will not be entitled towards this program.
7. In the event of return and qualifying value of the program is not fulfilled, the customer will need to return the gift unopened or pay for the retail value of the gift.
8. Product images are for illustration purpose only. If gifts are fully redeemed, Melaleuca reserves the right to substitute with other gifts of equivalent value. The Melaleuca Customer Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to this program. No return or exchange is allowed unless the gift is defective. Any return or exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving the gift (invoice required). The gift is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit on account.
